Refund policy
At Nouveau Grace we strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied, you may return your items for a refund or store credit. Please carefully review the following information before initiating a return or exchange. Failure to comply with store policies may impact our ability to process your return or exchange. Please email us Nouveaugrace47@gmail.com to initiate return. Once we initiate return you are required to send the merchandise via registered mail. Please ensure that your return has tracking/delivery confirmation. Pack the items in the original outer box or a sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit.
You have a 15-day window to return an item after receiving it. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, with original packaging or tags attached in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed using the original payment method. Alternatively, you can request store credit instead of cash refund. Gift recipients will receive store credit equivalent to the items cost which is nonrefundable. Please allow 10-14 business days to process your return.
All our items undergo a rigorous hand-inspection process to ensure they are defect-free. However if you find a defect you can exchange the item within 30 days of receipt. Given the uniqueness of some pieces, you may opt for in-store credit equal to the original purchase amount instead of replacement. Damages not caused by manufacturing defects are not eligible for return or exchange.
